Only one way to answer this honestly, and it is not by comparing the two prices.
The arithmetic that matters

Whatever the early window takes off the first row, the third row does not move. Sixty hours is the investment, and it is unrecoverable in a way the fee is not.
So: worth it?
If you are going to spend the hours, yes — take the cheaper route and stop thinking about it. If you are not sure about the hours, the discount is a distraction, and a fortnight of free testing answers it better than any price comparison.
