Make Money Living

The fee is the smallest number here

Everyone argues about the $2,497. It is the least consequential figure in the whole decision, and this page is the arithmetic that shows why.

The complete first-year P&L

Nobody prints this, so here it is in full. Line by line, with nothing left out.

Attend The Sessions - They Cost Nothing

Hidden cost one: promoting the wrong thing

$97 product40%$3964~21 months
$197 product40%$7932~11 months
$497 product50%$24811under 4 months

Identical posting. Identical hours. Identical person.

The gap between the top row and the bottom row is roughly four years. Priced properly, choosing the top row costs more than the course does, several times over — and it is a decision made in week one, usually without being noticed, and almost never revisited.

The programme teaches how to get attention. It does not choose what you point it at. That is not a criticism; it is the largest unpriced line in the P&L and it belongs on the table.

Hidden cost two: stopping in week three

This one is worth more than everything above combined, and it is the most predictable number in this business.

WeekWhat is happeningWhat it feels like
1–2Posting, nothing backFine, it is early
3–5Posting, still nothing back This is where people stop
4–6Strangers start commentingSomething is working
6–10Conversations, then buying questionsReal
10–12First sale window

The whole fee is lost at week four, not at checkout. Somebody who pays $2,497 and stops in week four has bought nothing. Somebody who pays $2,982 on the plan and keeps going for twelve weeks has bought the thing.

So the $485 difference between the two payment routes matters far less than whether you are still posting in February.

Mark makes a point in the session that is worth more than most of the training, and it is the opposite of a sales pitch:

The hardest part is not scaling. It is getting to the first hundred dollars a week. Going from two hundred a week to two thousand is easier than going from zero to two hundred.

Which means most of what gets sold in this market is built for the wrong half of the journey.

What the thing actually is, costed honestly

Eight weeks. One mechanic: post in a niche, end the post asking for one specific word in the comments, let the comment volume buy the reach, make the offer in a direct message rather than in the post. Twenty-seven post templates drawn from channels where they beat normal reach several times over. A weekly session breaking down a live offer. An AI coach trained on the programme.

Stated target inside it: $337 a day, about ten thousand a month. The reasoning given for that specific number is that it is the point at which most people stop feeling squeezed.

The mechanic is free to verify. Open Instagram, find an account asking for a one-word comment, watch the count. So the question is not whether it works. It is whether you will run it for twelve weeks.

Where the money actually goes wrong

Ranked by what it costs, which is not the order people worry about them in:

RankMistakeWhat it costs
1Stopping in week fourThe entire fee
2Promoting a $47 productAbout four years
3No page of your own, so nothing accumulatesEverything, if the account goes
4Changing niche in week fourThe clock resets to zero
5Taking the payment plan when you did not need to$485

Number five is the one most people deliberate over. It is the smallest line on the list.

What is attached to buying through this site

Nine items in a members portal rather than downloads, and they are aimed at lines one to four above rather than at line five.

A website, built and deployed on your own domain — hosted, with an email capture and an editor you control. That addresses line three. It exists because the programme ships a website generator, and a generator emits files: it does not register a domain, host anything, or put a site on the internet.

The Offer Vault — named programmes by market with commission structure and the break-even worked out. That addresses line two, which is the four-year line.

The 90-Day Posting Engine — a dated twelve-week plan with four rotating content slots, so Monday is never a blank box. That addresses line one, which is the whole-fee line.

Plus tracking, hooks, camera-free formats, the message sequence, multi-platform repurposing and account safety.

No dollar value is assigned to any of them here, because an invented valuation is the one thing on a page like this that cannot be checked, and a number that cannot be checked makes every number that can be look worse.

All nine, with the delivery terms.

The refund terms, priced

Mark intended to require completion of three modules before a refund and removed that requirement in the session. A refund costs him roughly a hundred dollars in processing, sometimes more in tool costs, and he said he would rather carry it than make people prove anything. He asks only that nobody joins already intending to refund.

Priced: the downside of being wrong about this purchase is capped at zero inside the window, with no completion hurdle. That is worth something and it is rarer at this level than it should be.

One honest limit: the refund window is far shorter than the two to three months this method needs. So it is not a trial of whether it makes money — it is a window to check the training is complete and that you will actually do the work. Both are answerable in week one.

The last number

Cart closes 24 September 2026, 11:59pm Pacific, which for most of the world is the 25th locally. No extension announced.

And the line that is missing from every P&L of this kind: the cost of not deciding is twelve months. It does not appear on an invoice, it is not refundable, and it is the largest figure on this page.

Disclosure and limits: links here are commissioned; the price is identical whichever you use. Nothing above is an earnings projection. Mark says outright that his numbers and past students' numbers are not what a typical buyer sees, that outcomes vary person to person, and that they rest on effort and on things nobody controls. Each line is a calculation of what a quantity of sales would pay, and the quantity is the part nobody can promise you.
